A floor in a building on one of those is a line pump job, with hose run from the nearest position a lorry can hold, and it is worth establishing that before the sub-base and the membrane go down rather than after. Because a floor has to be placed continuously, a barrow route through a communal hallway is usually the thing that puts an unplanned joint through it.
